A brand no one can confuse with yours
Most new bars open under a name anyone can copy. SHOTS is built to stand alone in customers' minds. Your license agreement gives you exclusive use of the SHOTS name in your chosen market. The federally registered SHOTS® logo (U.S. Reg. No. 8,106,112, Class 43 bar services, owned by Clout Investments, LLC) gives the owner a federal right to act against confusingly similar brands in the bar and food-and-beverage industry.
Protection from confusion
The owner can act against bar and food-and-beverage brands whose look or name is likely to be confused with the SHOTS® logo.
Exclusive in your market
Your license agreement makes you the only SHOTS in your chosen market.
Licensed, not borrowed
You operate under an authorized license from Clout Investments, LLC, the owner of the registration, not a look-alike.
Nationwide priority and the ® mark
The registration has nationwide priority from February 15, 2024, and you display the SHOTS® logo with the ® symbol.
One payment buys permanent rights with no royalties.
Market exclusivity comes from your license agreement. Trademark protection depends on registration, use and enforcement; it is not a guarantee of results.
